This service offers secure access to your account online, on your smart phone or by phone, 24/7†. So it’s easy to check your balance, view statements, carry out transactions and contact us about your account, whether you’re at home, at work or out and about.
New options to help you bank at any time you choose
Our mobile banking service is designed for smart phones and tablet devices such as iPads®. Use it to check your balance, transfer money between accounts, make payments and send us secure messages.
Communicate with us directly about your account. In effect, this is a secure version of email, and you can now use it to send us important documents too. Secure messaging offers speed and convenience as it can save you having to visit a branch or send items through the post.
24/7 telephone banking†
Speak to a member of our service team at any time of the day or night. As a Barclays Wealth client, you can already bank by telephone 24/7. Joining our International Telephone and Online Banking Service means you benefit from a better telephone banking experience as well as secure online banking.
Additional services for members include:
- Make international payments up to £50,000 per day
- Set up, amend or cancel standing orders for any amount
- Amend your contact details
- Quicker identification process, when using telephone banking
SMS text services
If a new payment is set up on your account, we can send you a text to validate the payment. We can also text you a security code to enable you to change your log-in details for online banking.
If you have a sterling account, you can opt for online statements instead of paper ones. With accounts in other currencies, you will receive both. Online statements remain on our system, so you can download them within Online Banking whenever you need to.
